Date of death 27th Feb 1944. Death due to a fractured skull, lacerated brain and face, accidently sustained. First General Hospital, Port Said.

Date of death 31st Aug 1945. Death due to collapse of left lung whilst under anaesthetic undergoing operation following an accident with a rifle.
