Dog fouling

Postby smug » Sun Apr 28, 2019 4:32 pm

Retro
Dogs (Fouling of Land) Act 1996
• Hanging Poo Bags on tree branches is unacceptable
• Dog fouling can cause blindness as dog faeces may contain worms that can cause a threat to human health
• The minority of irresponsible dog owners who do not clean up after their dogs damage the reputation of responsible dog owners
• Not seeing your dog foul is not an excuse
• Never let your dog out alone to toilet
Do not rely on the rain to wash it away – this is just a lazy excuse to not
pick it up
or remove it! :rotfl

As written on the Crawley Councils web page referencing Dog Mess, and as the vast majority of dog owners clearly conform to all of the above.
Then how is deemed acceptable by the powers to be at the Council to allow the dog bins to overflow with smelly festering dog mess. These pics were taken 5 days after Easter weekend meaning that the recent Bank holidays cannot be an influencing factor. The level of service is unacceptable and most defo Poo, (in every sense of the word) Poo!

good to see the council out and about resolving the litter problem
grass cutters going around cutting verges and green areas and litter into tiny pieces.
with a good blustery wind to blow these little rubbish particles away
problem solved grrr.gif
