Osteoarthritis

I have just been told by the Doc that I have Osteoarthritis. I also have a big fat tummy (Doc says women of a certain age who have gone through the menopause, often put fat on around the belly area). I am 63 young I also like my wine but that has to go if I want to lose the enough weight to take the pressure off my hip, lower back and groin. So, this is day one of my journey and on day one I''m checking whats out there ??? loads of stuff for the reading 'Osteoarthritis'. "me" I have daily exercises to do and have to eat healthily and not late at night focus to on life style choices 'happiness is not attained through pleasures but through virtue' Seneca. Hubby has taken up running in preparation he is working on his Temple
