The Worst brief
Marshall George Cummings, Junior, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, was charged with attempted robbery in connection with a purse-snatching at a shopping centre
During the trial the , Cummings choose to defend himself.
While cross-examining the victim, Cummings asked, “Did you get a good look at my face when I took your purse?”
Cummings later decided to turn over his defence to a public defender, by then it was too late.
He was convicted and sentenced to 10 years in prison.
:rotfl
They know how to punish thieves in the US he would likely have been awarded an asbo in the UK (I think the sentence was a bit harsh) but he for sure won't do it again :yes not for a very long time anyway :neernerneener
