Say each stiletto had an area of half a square centimetre (0.00005m2) , then you would end up with one sq.cm for two feet i.e. 0.0001 sq m .

60/2/0.00005 = 600,000 n/m2 - still very impressive

Far more dangerous is an elephant in stilettos, 5000kg/4/0.00005 = 25,000,000 n/m2
