I have just finished reading SUNBURN by Laurence Shames.
Imagine you are asked by the Godfather to write a book about his life, "Not a kiss and tell book"... he assures you. "Just a few stories, no naming of names". But the 'names' don't know that and set out to find out just who the writer of this worrying book is......
Very fast paced and wickedly funny.
Private message me if you'd like to read this book for free and I'll post it. x

Another good book is 'Welcome to Paradise' by Laurence Shames....
Two men travel to Key West for a relaxing break.
Big Al Marracotta, head of New York's Fulton Fish market and low level mafioso, and
Al Tuschman, six foot, high school football star turned furniture salesman.
Both men have taken their pet dogs,. Only one has a girlfriend.
One is the target for two of the mob's most ruthless hitmen.
The girlfriend thinks she's got the wrong man ...and the hitmen don't realise they've made the same mistake.
.....
I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I'll post it to you for free on request.
